Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you automatically.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to countries within the European Union (EU) and select non-EU European countries.
Please note: We do not ship to the United Kingdom at this time.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
We offer free shipping on all EU orders over €30.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
Delays & Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or if your parcel is lost or delayed, please contact our support team within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll do our best to assist you promptly.
